Horizon Assisted Living Home is a small residential care home. We collect very little, we use it only to care for your family and to answer you, and we do not sell any of it.

What we collect
- Information you send us. Your name, email address, phone number if you choose to give one, and whatever you write in your message when you use our contact form or email us.
- Text messaging consent. If you tick the SMS box on our contact form, we record that you ticked it and when, so we can show that you agreed.
- Care records. If your family member becomes a resident, we keep the records required to provide care and to meet Arizona licensing rules. Those are handled separately from this website and under the law that governs them.
We do not run advertising trackers or analytics profiling on this website.
How we use it
- To answer your enquiry and arrange a tour
- To send tour confirmations, appointment reminders, and account notices you have asked for
- To provide and administer care if your family member lives with us
- To meet our legal and licensing obligations
Text messaging
Mobile phone numbers collected for SMS are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent is not shared with any third party.
Texting is optional. Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of any purchase, admission, or service, and the consent box on our contact form is never ticked for you. You can stop messages at any time by replying STOP, or get help by replying HELP. Our Messaging Terms set out the program in full.
Who we share information with
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing. We share it only with:
- Service providers who work for us, such as the form delivery service that passes contact form messages to our email inbox, our email provider, and our messaging provider. They may only use it to provide that service to us.
- Healthcare providers and family members involved in a resident's care, where that care requires it or where you have authorised it.
- Authorities, where the law requires us to.
Mobile numbers and SMS consent are excluded from all sharing for marketing purposes, as stated above.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept as long as they are useful for answering you and for our own records. Care records are kept for the period Arizona law requires. You may ask us to delete an enquiry at any time.
Cookies
This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Pages load fonts from Google Fonts and embed a Google map on the home page, so those services see the request your browser makes to them.
Your choices
- Ask us what we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it
- Reply STOP to any text message to stop texts
- Ask us to contact you only by phone, only by email, or not at all

Children
This website and our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed, and the current version always lives at this address.
